"Ready to feel vibrant? Then it's time to get to the CAUSE of your health problem(s), rather than just treating the symptoms."

BioResonance Frequency Scan

Using a 10 second voice recording, this technology will look at your cells then compares them against a database of healthy cells . This scan can determine tones associated with emotions plus their relationship to cells or organs that are out of balance. Plus, it can determine which homeopathic remedies and flower essences, tuning fork frequencies are best for you, do a vital scan to check food sensitivities (and so much more), chakras, acupuncture meridians -- plus -- have the ability to check which supplements are best for you on a given day and time. You can also imprint frequencies into water, jewelry or "patches" you can wear.

Sleep

Good sleep is essential to physical, mental and emotional well-being. Without proper sleep, it can lead to chronic health problems. To effectively resolve sleep problems understanding the root cause, lifestyle, history of emotional, mental and physical stress and the effects of these on the nervous system can help you restore a healthy sleep pattern.

I suffered from insomnia for 40 years. I have no doubt it also caused me to have depression (mainly mild but at times moderate) that eventually led to daily anxiety and panic attacks for 5 years. Understanding the importance of sleep for regeneration of the body and immune system, I am sure it also caused me to have chronic illness that led to auto-immune flare ups. I also had severe hormonal imbalances that led to early menopausal symptoms.

Poor sleep can also lead to poor food choices which can then lead to blood sugar imbalances but can also lead to adrenal fatigue, poor thyroid function, GI disturbances (chronic constipation or diarrhea), heart and lung issues, difficulty digesting food and absorbing nutrients, chronic neck & back pain, and even weight problems. Poor memory, impatience and irritability, hormonal imbalance (PMS, menstrual cramps, infertility), chronic illness can all be a result of poor sleep.

Having this personal knowledge plus working with many others with similar sleep disruptions have enabled me to be very effective in helping others.

Do you have difficulty "turning off" your thoughts at night? Do you have difficulty falling asleep or do you wake up after a few hours and have difficulty getting back to sleep? Is it difficult to focus for long periods of time? Do you feel exhausted most of the time? Are you finding that your memory isn't as sharp as it used to be? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then most likely you will be a great fit.

Gut Health

Picture
I suffered with IBS from my 20's to early 30's and kept me from living my life to the fullest. Being doubled over in pain if having eaten a triggering food or having to rush to the bathroom is no way for someone to live. I developed  food allergies to raw fruits and veggies.

As a holistic health practitioner, I now understand the role of having taken antibiotics and steroids (2 times min/year) and high doses of pain relievers probably effected my gut health and was most likely the cause of my IBS and food allergies. But what caused my GI problems may not be what's causing yours!

For instance, did you know there are many foods that contain glyphosate that can be attributable to GI problems? We most likely think of grains (even organic ones), vegetables and fruits that have been sprayed with RoundUp, but even foods like chickpeas have been found have very high levels.

Did you know that there are specific foods that can cause inflammation of not only gut but also the brain if eaten in too high of quantities? However, if you are already inflamed, it doesn't take much to keep you inflamed.

To help get to the root cause of GI distress you might be experiencing, I do a thorough consultation, diet diary and use my bio resonance scanner to look at food sensitivities that might be attributable, parasites and other toxins, digestive health including enzymes AND the effect of any prior or current emotional turbulance that the scanner can detect.

"I am a first time mom who was suffering with sleep problems, anxiety, depression, migraines, insomnia and PMDD  for most of my adult life. Prior treatments of medications never helped, and some made the problems worse. I sought out Dr. Tarlow initially for acute neck and upper back pain. She suggested that my pain might be due to chronic high stress levels & offered solutions to relieve these problems. ~ Amy B
